New Premises
Now in its 81st year, the Loan Scheme has expanded so significantly that it has outgrown its existing premises. With over 1000 instruments and bows, and some 600 borrowers, the needs of the Scheme have developed. In order to improve the service we provide we are moving to a new suite of rooms within Little Benslow Hills.
The refurbished and developed accomodation will consist of an office, the Garden Studio where students will try out instruments, a luthier's workshop, small kitchen, and two temperature controlled instrument storage rooms.
The new accomodation will be situated around the courtyard area which runs between Peter Morrison Hall and Palmer Hall in the centre of the Benslow Music complex.
