Benslow has just received the donation of a Run and/Fox plastic bassoon - an ideal instrument for younger students to upgrade to.
The instrument has been fully serviced and is ready to go out on loan.
The instrument has been donated by the family of a gentleman who took up the bassoon at the age of 53 and continued to play into his 80's. It was his wish to enable young musicians to benefit from it by bequeathing it to the Scheme.
