All instruments and bows must be serviced annually.
Borrowers with the new Service Log Books must have the log completed and signed by their approved luthier, and retain any relevant receipts.
Any work other than regular cleaning and servicing must be approved in writing and in advance by Benslow Music Instrument Loan Scheme.
The Guarantor and Student are required to complete an Annual Update Form every year. This is essential for our records and for keeping lenders informed.
